It’s time to switch it up…
After reading all of the posts from users experiencing the same hardware and software issues after only 1-2 years, and the lousy support from ring, I.e. buy a new floodlight cam, and the shady engagement with ICE…..it’s time to replace all Ring products and cancel my subscription.
Today there are other, less expensive better quality systems available that weren’t around when many of us started with Ring.
It is a shame, I really liked their products for the first came out and thought that they were a good company.

Amen! The dingbat neighbor hears a helicopter and posts but I post a picture and a description of a cat and they deny it. Hope the miss our money!
