Frustrated with how slow Live View happens

I really frustrated with how slow the Ring cameras activate. If they ever activate at all. They need to be more reliable. I hear the dog barking, I click on "live view" and I want to see what's happening right away.

I used to have great response on all live view. I have 1G internet speed with uploads as far as 50mbps and 950mbps downloads and I can’t get live views quickly. Camera health is between 25 and 45 rsi.
