Floodcam ights stay on; won’t turn off.

The switch for the device doesn’t work. Cutting the power doesn’t work. The device is too high to reach to press the reset button. Any other ideas?

Hi @user_2708d1. Is the Floodlight online? Can you control it via the app? If the lights are staying on, the Floodlight might be offline.
