Convert 2 Basic plans to Pro with a 3rd device

I have two ring cameras and both are on the Protect Basic plan and paid in April 2022. I recently added a third camera that I want to add to my subscriptions. The website is recommending the Protect Pro plan for $100.00 per year. How do I add the 3rd camera while creating this new subscription while also getting credit for what I already paid? I see that others have asked similar questions, but when I go through the process the charge before accepting still appears to be $100.00 Thank you!

Hi @TW2970. You can cancel the two Ring Protect Basic plans and then sign up for the Ring Protect Plus plan, which will cover all of your Ring Doorbells and Cameras at one location. If you cancel an annual plan, you’ll receive a prorated refund for any unused time. If you cancel a monthly Ring Protect plan, you’ll receive a prorated refund for any unused days as well. This refund will be returned to the payment method on your Ring account rather than deducted directly from the charge of the new plan you choose.
