Can’t view one recording in my history

I had an alert early this morning, and when I woke up this morning and tried to view it, it won’t let me. I can view the ones before and after it but not that one. The other ones have the three dots to the right or it but that ones does not. I’d like to see it because it said it was a person at 1:41am. Anyone found a fix for this or can help?
