Can’t disable home mode - cs can’t help

Hi,I can’t disable home mode for cameras and doorbells. I tried “Settings”’and “Mode”. Nothing worked. I contacted Ring cs and the rep could only tell me that it’s an ongoing problem and they’re working on it. If anyone from Ring cares about customers, please let me know when this will be fixed. And an apology for wasting customers’ time would be nice too.
