I have just installed a stick up cam, stick up flood light cam and ring 4 doorbell. All of which must up really badly in cold weather so I can’t view any live feed and recording is so poor. Surely I can’t have 3 faulty devices?!

    Hi @d618a572037d67f8a14e1f38536554. Cold Weather can affect how Ring Devices operate. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005939463-Cold-Weather-and-Battery-Powered-Ring-Doorbells) will cover this in more detail. Live View can also be affected by signal strength. What is the RSSI for these devices? This information can be found in the Device Health section of the Ring app.
