Camera offline because of Cold Temperature

The temperature is -2 and both outdoor cameras went offline. I brought one inside and after it warmed up it came back online. This is the first time this has happened. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hi @DDoran37. A temperature of -2° is just 3° away from the operating range it is rated for. Unfortunately there is no way around this unless you bring the cameras to a warmer temperature.
