Camera not cathcing robbery

Why doesnt the camera catch all cars driving by. But catches just the end of a crash not the first part. Also how do you contact and actually support agaent its all just a machine who doesnt know anything.

Hi @Kelsey112. Ring Cameras are designed to detect and notify you of events that occur on your property. Things that happen farther out, such as cars driving in the road, are less likely to be detected. If you have a vehicle on your property you want to keep an eye on, make sure to adjust your Motion Zones to include the area around the vehicle.
