Camera motion zone preview is cropped on Ring Outdoor Cam Plus.
I'm having trouble adding motion zones to one of my cameras (a Ring Outdoor Cam Plus).
The camera preview, where you draw the zone, is cropped. I can't see the top half of the image.
It's just that camera. All my other cameras are fine.
This is the view of the camera.
But this is the preview I get when I try to edit the motion zone. You can see the top of the image is cropped off, and you can't see the green car!
Ring support are pretty useless!

Hi @RolsPoles. This is not a new change or feature. It is a design choice made to ensure the view you see when editing your Motion Zones accurately reflects the area that motion can actually be detected in. The installation height you shared doesn't seem too high or low, so I would recommend adjusting the camera's angle to better capture where you want to draw your Motion Zones.

Hi @RolsPoles. The area displayed in your Motion Zones is the area in which motion is detected. This means the Live View area is actually larger than the motion detection area. The key to maximizing your motion detection area is placing your cam properly. How high is your cam mounted?
