why do you have to send broken camera back before the send you replacement now?
So I have been a customer for many years. Ordered cameras and had them replaced under the protection plan, and never have I had to send the broken camera back first.
Now I am being told I have to take old camera off and leave find something to cover the hole in my house, and wait for them to get broken camera and then they will send replacement?
Why the change ? I don't have a box to send old camera in so it will more than likely get more messed up shipping back. And then leaving outlet exposed is crazy while I wait.

Hi @user_a57baf. There are a few different options for returns. Depending on the circumstances with the returns the agent may choose one option or another. I'm guessing for your specific circumstances, this option was best.
