Ring camera - live view timeout on premium plan
I have a ring indoor camera (2nd gen) and have paid for the premium plan to have 24/7 live recording and I have turned this on in the settings. I’m still finding that when using live view it disconnects after around 30 mins or a pop up comes up asking if I’m still watching and if i don’t click yes it stops the live view. I’m using it as a baby monitor and don’t want the live view to keep stopping in the middle of the night.I thought paying for premium and 24/7 live view would give me continuous live viewing without interruptions. How can I stop it from timing out or asking if I’m still watching?

I have shared the exact same concern in the link below. How can this be “intended functionality” when Ring is enticing users to pay for a premium plan with 24/7 live recording as a key feature of the plan?
