Hi @user_21752d. Do you have a link or screenshot showing where a year free of Professional Monitoring was advertised? Some Ring Legacy Plans include Alarm Professional Monitoring, but this would depend on which plan you had prior to November 5, 2024. If you subscribed for the first time after that date, Alarm Professional Monitoring can be added to your Standard or Premium plan.
