Hi @Mike55. When you set up a new or certified refurbished Ring Doorbell, Camera, or Alarm Base Station on your Ring account, you will receive a Ring Home Trial with Ring Home Premium features. If you have a Ring Home Basic or Standard plan, you may see a banner regarding your trial, as it offers more features. The banner popped up almost daily for over a 30 day period. Very irritating!

Another ring home trial pop-up occurred yesterday, now 37 days after the purchase of a new device. I pay for a subscription. I consider this advertising. Please let me know how I can get these pop-ups to stop. Why does your company continue to irritate customers?

I called Ring support today to let them know that it’s been well over 30 days since I purchased a new ring device and I’m still getting this pop-up message about the trial period ending. In the past, I’ve been told they can’t get rid of this message and I have to wait at least 30 days which I have. The representative then contacted the back office staff and told me that it has been removed. Again, these pop-ups, I find extremely irritating after simply purchasing a new ring device. Your company really needs to reconsider this method of promoting items.

After calling Ring support last Wednesday these pop-ups continue. I was told they were removed. Can something please be done about this?
