Adding replacement camera to plan

Hi. I recently replaced a broken camera . I had original one on Solo plan as only have 2 cameras and more  cost effective

.

I am trying to renew  Solo subscription to new camera but only offering Multi or Pro, Solo is not highlighted

    Hi @user_53491a. Is this a camera that was replaced by our support team, or did you just buy this camera from a retailer? If this was a replacement from the Ring team, you should be able to just set up the new camera and have your Ring Protect Plan automatically transfer over to your new device. You can also manage your Ring Protect Plan on Ring.com, by clicking on the Plans tab. If you need further assistance, please give us a call.
