Account Start up problems

After having a Ring alarm system without professional monitoring for 3 years, I decided to sign up for the monitoring. I signed up on the phone, they took my payment and the customer service rep said I would hear back in 48 hours. That was on February 17th. It's now the 23rd. I called again on the 19th and the c/s rep said she would escalate the problem and I would hear back in 24 hours. It's now been 48 hours and I haven't heard a peep.
Any suggestions?
