Accidentally set my new device as a different location

I currently have a ring doorbell that I’ve had for a while now and I’ve just bought a security camera, however I had set up the security camera on a different device than the doorbell ,which is now led to the security camera being under a different location than the doorbell, even though it is in the same location. I have now got round to buying a plan to cover my devices however because they are set up in a different location I cant cover them under the same plan. Is there anyway I can change the location of my security camera so it is under the same location as my ring doorbell so I can buy a plan that covers both of them?

HI @user_4644a7. Yes, you can move a device from one location to another in the Ring app. Select the location with your camera, navigate to the Device Settings tile, then choose General Settings. You should see a Location option here, which you can tap on to move the camera to your other location. Once you've moved the camera to the same location as the doorbell, you can delete the duplicate location under Settings > Delete Location.

I am trying to do this but it won't allow me as it says it is on a "Ring Protect Trial", even though I have an account.   It won't let me uncheck it to move it to the correct location.   Thanks for helping.

HI @user_5a7ca7. Could you share a screenshot of what you see when you are trying to move the device to another location? It's possible you may have to wait until the trial is over.
