On a plan but videos have disappeared after 30 days.

I started a home plan at the end of October. However, yesterday all of the videos (about 4) that were more than 30 days old disappeared. How has this happened? I thought they were supposed to stay for 180 days if you are on a plan? Since I did not remove them, can they be restored? Thanks.

Thank you, that's very helpful. It was set to 30 days so I have now changed it.

Hi @user_890d6f. Videos can be stored for up to 180 days with an active Ring subscription, but 180 days is not the default setting. I'd suggest checking your video storage time setting and changing it to your preferred option. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or due to the storage time ending, it cannot be recovered.
