New doorbell

Hi , I have just recently purchased a second doorbell cam and the trial is almost up , do I need to purchase a second subscription for this or can I add it to my existing subscription ? I pay yearly for my existing doorbell at £79 a year and don’t fancy paying another £79 a year for the backdoor cam .Many thanks .

Hi @user_086e5f. The Ring Home Plan Basic will cover one device at one location. If you have the Standard Plan, this will cover multiple devices at one location. You can learn more about this here.

Hi again , I have the home standard plan paying £79 a year for it , my trial for the new doorbell camera has now run out and I have lost all the benefits and I’m struggling to work out how to add this doorbell to my existing plan to get all the benefits back I don’t want to be taking out a second plan especially at that price , I have been through all my settings both on the app and on the internet to try and figure out how to add it to my existing plan but can’t seem to find a way to do since it didn’t automatically add it , so you think the way I named it may have anything to do with it ? Many thanks

Hi @user_086e5f. The Ring Home Standard plan covers all devices at the same location. Do you have these Doorbells set up at two different locations? If so, the Standard plan you have already will not cover the second device at the separate location. If both Doorbells are installed at the same location, please contact our support team for assistance with your plan.
