i pay for a basic plan to give me 180 days of recordings and need to access a day which is 31 days ago and its not going back that far.  its only going back 30 days.  my next subscription is not due until Jan 26

Hi @user_6e0dc2. Your recordings can be stored for up to 180 days, but you need to make sure your Video Storage Time is set to 180 days.
