Ring camera stops recording

I’m new at having the ring doorbell camera and it’s picking up people but when the people stop in front of my house it stops recording. I know it says it only records for 20 seconds but am I missing something in the settings?

Hi @user_523ec2. What Doorbell model do you have? You can find this information in your Doorbell's Device Health setting in the Ring app. This information will help me look into what settings are available on your Doorbell.
