On Sunday, November 30th, I purchased two Ring Chimes. However, by the evening of Wednesday, December 3rd, my order was still processing, even though I had selected expedited shipping. I contacted Ring via chat and learned that the two Ring Chimes wouldn't be shipped out until Saturday, December 6th—not delivered, just shipped out.

While I was chatting with the Ring agent, I went to Amazon, found the same Ring Chimes, and ordered two of them. I’ll have them by noon the next day, Thursday, December 4th. The only reason I ordered through Ring was to take advantage of the 10% discount for current Ring customers, as I have been a Ring user for seven years. If you can wait 1.5 weeks with “expedited shipping,” then order through Ring. But if you want the Ring product the next day or within two days and are willing to forgo the 10% discount, I recommend ordering through Amazon.
