Why is Ring ABUSING users?
I've been a customer for 10 years and i'm now getting constantly bombarded by Alerts that I NEVER opted into. Come to find out, it's this "Neighbors" feature, that I never setup and when I go into it, it tries to force me to select 3 alert types. I have ZERO interest in Neighbors feature. I can't disable it, and I'm getting alerts from "Neighbors" even though I never even set it up.There is NO WAY to disable these alerts.. I want ZERO, Ring, Get it??? Just do your simple job I bought and paid for, ringing the doorbell with camera. That's IT.. stop with all this other nonsense that you are FORCING onto people. By forcing, I mean you get notifications regardless if you opt in and setup or NOT...I now have to disable the entire Ring app notifications because Ring wants to invade my privacy and time. FU Ring

It is truly frustrating. I pay a subscription. The general rule is; pay a subscription to get ad-free content. Yet Ring consistently bombard me with orange banners for me to think about buying another product or service. Where is the button to opt-out of these notifications? If I want to buy another product or service, I will. When will Ring learn that there is a proportion of customers, me included, who will actually go out of their way to NOT buy more products if they constantly get bugged to buy them? I pay my subscription. PLEASE! Stop bugging me to upgrade my subscription or to buy a doorbell (even though I have a doorbell!!!!), or at least offer the ability to turn off such annoying notifications.
