Ring App turning off Motion Alerts by itself.
Every time I open the Ring App on my phone and go to the settings, the motions alert has turned itself off but moves back to on instantly. But, upon closing the app, it turns itself off again and I do not get motion alerts. The app is fully updated, I have reinstalled twice, and have no VPNs or software on my phone that could be blocking the app. I work nights and want to have alerts when there is any motion near my camera. To pay for a service and not have part of that service function is completely unacceptable. I have seen this issue talked about by other users and something needs to be done about this problem.

Hi @user_78a58a. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? What specific device is this happening to? Are you using Modes for Camers?
