Can't Find Pet Tag Profiles in App
I recently bought two pet tags and activated them. I uploaded the photos and created the profile. Is there a place I can view or edit this information on the app or website? I have not seen anything saying pet tags under settings. And I used the app to set the new devices up.

I could never find mine either - I used the help site and every link but it’s no where to be found despite being set up.

JHi @user_ac4e63. You can find Pet Profiles in your User Permission settings. To access these settings, open the Ring app and tap the three horizontal bars in the top-left corner of your Dashboard. Then, select "Settings" from the menu.

UOn the current app (Jan 2026) I finally found mind by clicking the menu (three horizontal bars in top left corner), then "settings", then clicking on "Neighbors Settings". In the section there located under "Account" is listed "My Pets". This has the profiles. Unfortunately there is no way to create a shortcut for the devices to appear on the dashboard.
