Cant download non motion event

Question

I was trying to download a video that is NOT a motion or live event and it will not download. A motion or live event download just fine. When i find the time frame, i select download and it tells me the time frame i selected, confirm download and then nothing? Kind of frustrating when i paid for two security cameras and they dont always pick up everything. Has anyone gotten this to work?

Hi @user35653. Your Ring Doorbell or Camera will only record when motion is detected, when someone rings the Doorbell, or when you utilize the Live View. Can you share a screenshot of what you're trying to download? I'm guessing it's a Snapshot, from the [Snapshot Capture](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672-Using-Your-Snapshot-Capture-Feature) feature, but a screenshot would give me a better idea of what you're seeing on your end.
