App says Add Battery

Question

I put a charged battery in my Doorbell 2 and it shows full green at the top of the iOS app but in Device Health it doesn’t show the level like before but says Add a Battery.   My doorbell 3 shows the level.

Hi @RockyDog. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds, then reconnecting it to your wifi.
