Using Mailbox sensor on a Cluster Box (Community Mailbox)

Is it possible to use the Mailbox Sensor on a Cluster Box (Community Mailbox) that is located within range of the Amazon Sidewalk Mesh Network (or Ring Bridge as updated docs detail)? The biggest challenge is the antenna that would need to pass through the lock door.

Hi @bigfishtech. The Mailbox Sensor is designed to be used on a personal mailbox that is on your own property rather than a shared or community mailbox. I hope that helps clear things up. :)

I have a shared mailbox. I was able to get the signal to penetrate the Metal Mailbox, by putting the ring HUB in the Lobby. My problem is trying to get the signal to reach the mailbox from my apartment floor floors up through concreate
