Unable to remove Ring Alarm Pro Base Station

If you forget, like I did, to remove the Ring Alarm Pro Base Station from your account before boxing it up and returning it, there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove it from the app. It says it’s on cellular mode and the UI gives no option to do anything.
