"This device will no longer be monitored"
I made the mistake of transmitting on VHF in the near vicinity of one of my First Alert Smoke/CO detectors. It has been operational for 2 years without an issue.I received this message from the Ring Alarm Pro: "You need to replace 3rd Floor Smoke Alarm 3rd Floor Hallway in Home with a new Smoke & CO Alarm. This device is malfunctioning and may not reliably detect smoke & CO. This device will no longer be monitored".The device is OK and I have reset it. I've removed it from the Ring Alarm Pro and am able to re-add it, but it has a status of "waiting for a network". I think that the Ring Alarm Pro has a "block" (this device will no longer be monitored) stored somewhere that won't let it reconnect correctly. I do not want to do a full reset of Z-Wave in the Ring Alarm Pro.Is there some way to force the Ring Alarm Pro to reconnect and monitor this particular First Alert Smoke/CO detector or do I really have to buy another one?

Hi @Ring. There are some steps below that you can take.

If this does not work, you may have to get a new device like your Ring app suggests.
