Ring Chime not working

My ring chime got disconnected from the app. It is showing offline.I tried to rest it by pressing the button on the right, but the green light isn't flashing. I tried it multiple times. I can confirm there is electricity in the socket and there isn't any change in WiFi. I have been using this chime for past 4 years without any issue.
