My one and only shared user does not get audible notifications or alerts. She gets visual live and recorded video but no alerts! I receive alerts on my phone. I have reviewed all settings on both ring and iphone devices to no avail! Please help if you can!

    Hi @user_63e378. Alerts are controlled individually for each user. Have your Shared User check that alerts are toggled on in the Ring app under Devices > the shared Ring Doorbell or Camera. Additionally, make sure the Ring app has permission to send notifications in their phone's settings. We also have a list of troubleshooting steps for notifications on Android devices here.
