Keypad Gen2 not charging

Hi our alarm keypad Gen2 suddenly stopped charging. No physical damage to the charger, electricity is okay but all lights are off, no sound ...

We tested the charger with our doorbell battery and it worked fine.

We disconnected from the cable, reconnected, changed the socket and press the reset button still no lights, no sound.

 Please any help?

    Hi @user_79f64f. You mentioned pressing the reset button, but there are a few extra steps to fully factory reset the Ring Alarm Keypad 2nd Gen. Make sure the keypad is plugged in, then press and hold the pinhole reset button on the back of the keypad. You can use the included pushpin tool, pin, or paperclip to do this. Hold the reset button down until the light on the keypad face changes from flashing green to solid red before releasing.
