Hi @Young_pat_riley. The 5 digit code should be visible on the device by the QR Code. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039904811-Why-does-this-device-have-a-QR-Code-#:~:text=Each%20Ring%20Alarm%20device%20has,the%205%2Ddigit%20code%20manually.) will show you how to locate the code.
