As of 10:06pm cst my entry delay was working just fine but after it just stopped. After 6 phone calls and being hung up on 3 times I’ve given up and started researching other alarm companies. I’ve never had a sensor on this door (front door) and after last night it just stopped working. Not one agent seemed to know what was going on. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was just left on hold an endless hold and the phone just magically hung up with no return call. So I’m paying for a service that I can’t use with no resolve. Well let the search for new service continue.
