Contact sensors alarming when disarmed
I am brand new to Ring. We set it up yesterday by putting contact sensors on windows and doors throughout the house. When we are home we have the system disarmed and every time we open a door/window that has a sensor it chimes. Is there a way to stop it?

    In the settings for each sensor, you can turn off and on open and close alerts. Yours must be turned on.

      The open and close alerts are all off and they still chirp every time the door opens. Any other suggestions?

      In devices, alarm base station, keypad door, turn play chirps to off. That's all I can think of. Call customer support if it still does it.

    In the app, select Devices, then any one of your sensors. Tap on Chirp Tones and select the None option. This same procedure also works with Motion Sensors.
