Hi @user_7316d0. For motion detection concerns, I would always recommend reviewing your motion settings. Check that your Motion Zones cover the area you want to be notified about motion in, and expand them if needed. If you have Smart Alerts enabled, consider turning this off, as it can reduce the amount of motion notifications you receive. Keep in mind that the installation height and angle of your camera will also impact motion detection. For more specific suggestions, feel free to share a screenshot of how your Motion Zones are configured.
