Dome Sirens
troubleshooting

I had 2 “Dome Sirens” for some time connected to my Ring system and I believe I purchased them from Ring.com. Both “Dome Sirens” went offline at the same time, and I changed the batteries and I am unable to bring them online. I recently updated the Ring app to “Version 3.99.1” and I feel that is the problem.

The “Done Siren” is displayed on your products page, but clicking on it displays nothing. Do you sell or recommend a third-party indoor siren that will work with the Ring system.

Please advise.

    Ring Customer Service, would you please answer my question?

    I know I can purchase a Ring keypad to sound an alarm, but I purchased the 2 Dome Sirens from Ring.com and feel that I am owed a refund if the Ring system does not support the Dome Siren.

    I called Ring Customer Service on Friday March 13, 2026 at 18:03 and the support person could not solve the problem.

      Hi @user_923c19. The Dome Siren is compatible with the Ring Alarm Security System. What happens when you try to reconnect the sirens in the Ring app? Are you getting a particular error message? What troubleshooting steps did our support team have you try?
