Battery Charging

Bought a new battery, charged it all day, lights turned green but when installed into camera it’s showing no percentage of charge!
took it out to charge again and it’s not charging .. what can I do?

Hi @user_cf0b66. Try inserting the battery into your Camera, then factory resetting it and reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. To reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20 seconds.
