- UI just got off the phone with ring customer service tech support. At the end of the call he asked (and I quote) "Can I ask where you're calling from" Because he asked it in a weird way, I felt uncomfortable but answered - my house - And after chuckling he said "No, where are you calling from More specific The US, Australia?" I don't know why but the way he asked it, made me feel uncomfortable and not trust him. Is this normal? and if I already granted him access to my device and account doesn't he already know where I am calling from? This ever happen to anyone?•

OMG!!!! Same here... CSR only knew how to read direction from what I assumed was a script. I was not of this is my issue. I replied I did all the tips online. They she tell me I need two cell phone to do more trouble shooting.. I said i don't have two then she was like find a friend or name and get their phone down load the app ... ********* are you serious right now. Her reply that only way can help you.. I hung up .. I had reach my ignorance max for today!!! Horrible Horrible.. Horrible... for what I thought could be simple fix for sound issue that after away auto message plays my wired ring auto mutes after auto message, i.e. can't hear the message...smh
