Unlink amazon account
I have just bought a Ring Doorbell. I tried linking to my Amazon account, and it told me I was already connected to another account, which I have no access to. Is there a way to do this.

Hi @user_92d211. Only one Ring account can be linked to an Amazon account at a time. You will need to gain access to your original Ring account to unlink it from your Amazon account that way. Are you unable to access that Ring account because you forgot the login credentials, or because it has an old phone number on file?
