Help! My ring account is showing no devices connected to my mobile. I have spent 2 days trying to access help to perhaps solve the problem. 5 hours of these spent on phone. My ring bell is now stating I have requested a transfer of account. Not so. I was asked to wait 24 hours after uninstalling ring.com. then re installing it and trying again. I have done this and it is still unaccessible.

    Hi @user_934e04. It sounds like you may have logged into the wrong Ring account and initiated a device ownership transfer request. Check that you are logged into the same Ring account that you used when you set up your Ring doorbell.
