Swap subscriptions between devices

Yesterday I paid £24.99 for a year of basic protect on my ring security camera. Today I have decided to buy a doorbell. Is it possible to transfer the basic protect package from the cam to the bell please ? Many thanks. Steve.

    Hi @Stev364. That is a great question. Once you've purchased a Ring Protect Plan for a device, it is attached to only that device and cannot be transferred. Your only option would be to cancel the Ring Protect Plan for one device, receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount of Ring Protect Plan subscription used, and then create a new Ring Protect Plan on your new Ring device.
