Hi all, have a hardwired ring dorrbell and chime. I constantly get notifications from somewhere called "oakley" in the US.... even though my address is entered correctly as an australian address. If i try to re-enter the address - i am told that "neighbours" functionality is only available in the U.S.... (ok, cool, so why TF is it enabled then?!?!?!) Support articles point me to control centre and a button that doesn't exist (neighbours button does not exist in my control centre from the web or android app) https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050152831-Neighbors-Feed-disable-setting-information I rang support and the poor woman had no idea what i was even asking - and just spent 15 minutes fumbling around pointless settings. Anyhoo - how do i disable this function since its not available outside of the U.S ?
