Ring replacements
anyone fed up with horrible ring support? Opened a request November 5th to replace my floodlight camera. First I was told 5 to 10 business days. 10 days pass not even a response. I call back then told 3 to 5 days. No response after 5 days. I call back now they say January 2026! Ring subscription is a total waste of money. Zero follow up and they fall through on commitments. Stock is allegedly the issue. So do the right thing and send the next gen / newer model if that’s all you have! I just bought Reolink doorbell and flood cameras. Unlike ring they have POE for most of their products. Lower price, no subscription fees. I can see now why Ring support gets the lowest ratings ever. And then when they keep losing customers and struggle as a company they will wonder why!
