I was on the phone with support team for an hour and a half and still has a problem. I’ve done everything. They said I have nothing scheduled all of a sudden and just quit couple months ago. I’m considering a whole new alarm system because I’m paying $XXXX a year for nothing, I don’t know what else to do. I’m a senior. I live alone people knocking on my doors in the middle and I.

Hi @user_1f1542. Aside from Motion Schedules, the time of day does not affect notifications or motion detection. If you use the Modes settings, you may have motion detection turned off in a particular Mode. It's also possible there are no motions occuring in this time frame, so there is nothing for your device to detect. I'd recommend testing out motion detection during this time frame. You can trigger a test event by walking in front of your Ring Doorbell or Camera within the Motion Zones you've set.

Hi @user_1f1542. I would also recommend making sure you have not set up a Motion Schedule. If so, make sure to delete it to see if you start getting alerts during the night. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
