No record of my order

I placed an order.  I didnt get confirmation email and when I log in, there is no record of my order, yet my card was charged.   Customer service is not good.  Nobody can help me,  now I just want to get my card credited and buy from another company and they cant help me still

    Hi @user_c0ad4b. If you made a purchase from Ring.com, you will immediately get a email confirmation once the order has been submitted. You can try searching your email for "Ring", or check you junk/spam folders. Also, if you login to Ring.com, you can track your Order History under the Account tab. Be sure you are using the same email to login with that you made the purchase with. If you need more assistance,  please get in touch by sending a private message to @Ring on Facebook or X.

      The same thing happened to me. Says I have not placed an order yet it’s on my credit card. Customer service is zero help! Please let me know next steps!

        And have been back thru all my email. I never received a confirmation email, tracking info or delivery information.
