In your conditions you write that you will cover a stolen camera without any costs but now you say no without an explanation?
must i really replace all my camera and my Security plan due to this?

Any replacement request must be submitted within 15 days of the theft and include copies of the original sales receipt, and the police report. Please also keep in mind that this is a courtesy service, which may be denied for any reason.
