Missing Ring delivery, 2nd attempt by DPD sent back to Ring and now I've had radio silence from Ring.

I ordered a Ring Camera on 15th March. DPD attempted delivery twice due to ill health we missed them. They have now informed us they've sent it back to Ring. I called ring, which was not a free number because i don't have a landline, they said we've had it delivered. We have not received it! There is no email available to email, just the telephone number and it was not helpful.
Has anyone else had this and what can i do
