Actually it doesn’t remain logged in. I have the ring pro premium security system and can’t even acknowledge an alert without going through authentication. This has occurred since an ipadOS security update to ipadOS 17.7.7currently beta but I am seriously considering returning all of my equipment since I have to log in to acknowledge a simple motion alert.

CHi @KenWilliams. Does this only happen on your iPad? I'm on iOS version 18.4.1 on my iPhone, and my Ring app remains logged in. If this is only happening on your iPad, it seems like something with the iPadOS is causing this.

- JHi @user51307. Ring uses 2FA for the Ring app, web app, Neighbors app, and forum to add an extra layer of security to your account. As of now, the option to stay logged into the forum for 30 days or to stay logged in till you log out has not been added. As we value our neighbors' feedback, we've created a [Feature Request board](https://community.ring.com/c/products/24). Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place.•
